All Events Start at 11am for General Admission and VIP's entrance is 30-45 minutes prior to General admission
ENTRANCE & PICKUP
Entrance
At the gate, you will pick up all the goodies that come with your ticket purchase, including your event wristband. Wristbands are required for admission and will designate your ticket type:

General Admission Wristbands: Standard access.

VIP Wristbands: Unique wristbands for VIPs to ensure exclusive perks and access.
VIP Entry: VIP attendees will enjoy early entrance, 30–45 minutes before general admission, allowing you to head straight to your favorite games, vendors, or food trucks without the crowds. Take advantage of this exclusive time to get the first pick of activities and refreshments.
Medical
Your safety is our top priority. There will be medical staff on-site throughout the entirety of the event to ensure everyone’s safety. While we want everyone to have fun and enjoy the activities, we also encourage participants to play safely and responsibly. If you or someone nearby needs medical attention, please alert an event staff member or head to the designated first aid station.
Security
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, professional security personnel will be present throughout the event. They are here to support everyone in having fun while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Please follow their instructions and report any concerns to the nearest event staff or security personnel.
Hydration
Staying hydrated is essential for enjoying a full day of outdoor activities. Hydration stations with free water refills will be available throughout the venue. Every attendee will also receive a reusable Rugged Recess water bottle to help keep hydration easy and sustainable. We encourage all participants to drink plenty of water, especially if consuming alcohol or participating in physical activities. Rugged Recess is not liable for any health issues resulting from dehydration, so please take care of yourself and drink water frequently.
